Subcontracting Opportunity: Fresno/Madera CoC Capacity Building
HomeBase is seeking subcontractors to work with the Fresno/Madera CoC to help maximize the effectiveness of the CoC, including partnership building, communication and organization, and capacity building. Work will focus on enhancing CoC effectiveness through resource sharing, economies of scale, policy influence, and improved operational efficiency.

Please note that HomeBase requires subcontractors, including individuals and sole proprietors, to carry workers' compensation insurance while performing work under a HomeBase subcontract. HomeBase subcontractors cannot have existing, pending or expired debarments that preclude them from doing business with the United States government and cannot have convictions for, nor have any pending indictments for, fraud or a criminal offense in connection with a public contract or subcontract.
