HomeBase is seeking subcontractors with hands-on case management and training experience to support a workshop series on best practice approaches. The workshops will support development of advanced client engagement and case management techniques for front line staff of street outreach, emergency shelter, and supportive housing programs working with homeless or nearly homeless clients. Workshops will be focused on using motivational interviewing methods to attune to client needs and strategize responsiveness to higher-acuity clients.
