As a Policy Analyst at HomeBase, Emily Firgens provides technical assistance to aid statesand communities in their work to end homelessness. Ms. Firgens conducts research and produces reports, surveys, and other tools, and helps to organize and facilitate convenings and trainings, including providing research, data collection, and technical assistance strategy development for the Cooperative Agreements to Benefit Homeless Individuals (CABHI) Program. She supports technical assistance to communities in developing plans for ending homelessness, including in Napa County, CA. Ms. Firgens received her M.P.P. from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
