Subcontracting Opportunity: Stimulus Response Products
Homebase is seeking subcontractors to help create products to assist communities respond to COVID 19 and plan for implementing Stimulus response.
Products will be focused on a set of practical tools and examples of best/emerging models to carry out the rehousing strategies and system design; for each intervention type or approach, offer “turnkey” resources and case studies/ profiles and fidelity measures that increase the odds of success.

Demonstrated successful performance of substantially similar work
Relevant project work
Experience and expertise
Rate reasonableness and overall cost of services
Special consideration will be given to small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises
