Jim is a corporate lawyer with more than 40 years of experience in capital markets and banking, commercial finance, M&A and international transactions, representing major financial institutions, investment funds and corporate clients all over the world.  He is active in community and charitable affairs, passionate about fighting the challenges of poverty and homelessness.  In addition to his service on the board of Homebase, Jim serves as a board member of the United Ways of California and Miracle Messages, and on the Advisory Council of the United Way Bay Area.
