As a Sr. Staff Attorney at Homebase, Nora Breslin provides communities with technical assistance and support to end homelessness. With a background in public health and law, Nora helps communities obtain and properly utilize federal and state funding for homeless services and assists with strategic planning and compliance. Nora graduated from University of San Francisco School of Law and previously worked for the U.S. Department of Labor, investigating white collar crimes involving employee benefit plan funds. She has also worked in direct services as a public benefits advocate. Nora is a Bay Area native whose guilty pleasure is overpriced group fitness classes.
