Amanda is Deputy Managing Director at Homebase, providing cross-team support and coordination. Her experience includes strategic planning, HEARTH implementation, coordinated entry system design, and performance measurement in numerous CoCs, including Contra Costa County, Napa County, and Southern Nevada. She is a resource for behavioral health integration, data driven interventions, governance structures, and the intersection of housing and health care policy issues. Amanda first joined Homebase in 2009 as a summer intern. She is a third generation Bay Area native with a passion for good coffee, crossword puzzles, and the San Francisco Giants. Amanda holds a BA in English and International Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
