
Kyle Wehner
Policy Analyst II
As a Policy Analyst II for Homebase, Kyle provides technical assistance to California communities and nonprofit organizations in their efforts to end homelessness. He collaborates with members of the Solano and Fresno teams to help local communities and programs secure federal, state, and local funding, coordinate services, and strengthen performance measurement and data reporting tools, including Homeless Management Information System training and implementation. Before joining Homebase, Kyle served as a legislative assistant for State Senator Brad Hoylman of New York. He holds a BA in English and Government, magna cum laude, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds a M.Phil. in Politics from the University of Oxford. A native of Albany, New York, Kyle enjoys backpacking, photography, and exploring the American West.
