Jim is a member of our Finance team, providing finance, administrative, and contract management support to our Federal Programs team. Jim is a native San Franciscan and has spent most of his life living in the Bay Area. Prior to joining Homebase, Jim worked as a contract manager in the airport security industry, managing large Federal contracts. He also did a two-year assignment in the United Kingdom, managing multiple commercial contracts with that country’s airports. Prior to entering the field of contract management, Jim worked in the accounting and finance field. In his free time, Jim enjoys exploring the Bay Area’s open spaces, reading history and seeing foreign films. Jim holds an MBA from the California State University, East Bay and a BA in History from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
