As a Senior Policy Analyst at Homebase, Mihir works with Bay Area Continuums of
Care to provide trainings, technical assistance, and support in evaluating and
addressing needs and goals according to evidence-based best practices. Prior to joining
Homebase, Mihir was a neuroscientist, a science advisor at an environmental justice
organization, and a community organizer fighting for racial justice. Mihir holds a BA in
biology from The University of Chicago and a PhD in neuroscience from UCSF.
