Director of Human Resources and Culture
Homebase is adding a position for a full-time Director of HR & Culture to join our wonderful team of Business Operations professionals.
The Director will serve as a trusted partner to employees, managers, and organizational leadership, bringing both strategic perspective and strong operational execution to the full employee lifecycle. This role will help ensure that Homebase has the people systems, practices, policies, and management capacity needed to support a high-performing, and values-driven organization.
The starting compensation range for this position is between $140,000-$155,000. We also offer a robust benefits package, including a 403(b) match, health insurance, and generous PTO.
