Senior Data Analyst
Homebase is adding a position for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Research, Evaluation, and Data Initiative (REDI) team. This position is remote, with occasional travel.
The Senior Data Analyst is a strong applied mixed methods researcher who will focus on supporting, enhancing, and expanding our quantitative and qualitative approaches to analyze data, design research, and implement evaluation processes to assess and build community capacity to respond to homelessness across California and nationally, while also strengthening internal capacity at Homebase through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and methodological leadership.
This is a dynamic position with room to grow at a flexible and supportive organization. The starting compensation range for this position is between $84,500 - $92,000 (DOE). Candidates with extensive relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Data Analyst II position with a higher salary range.
