We work closely with CoCs, providers, and other partners to address local homelessness in ways that makes sense for your community. We support planning, data analysis, project management, policies and procedures, and development of local leadership.

Strategic planning brings key partners together to identify a shared, achievable set of priorities. We customize our planning process to each community, empowering partners to take action and ensuring the community feels prepared to overcome longstanding challenges. We recognize that every community is unique and focus on support that is tailored to your goals.

We lead cohorts that pair peer-based learning with responsive thought partnership, tools, and document reviews to support community leadership and direct service provider staff in their important work on the ground. Each cohort has a different focus that may include: CoC NOFO preparation, partnership development, funding diversification, program compliance and alignment with federal regulations, best practices in client-centered and trauma-informed services, and other core topics that can help end homelessness for households in your community.
