Contracting Opportunity: Coordinated Entry/Targeting Resources TA
Homebase is seeking contractors to provide technical assistance to recipients of Homeless Assistance Grants program funding on coordinated entry and mechanisms targeting system resources to local needs. The technical assistance may require functional expertise in homeless system and population assessment, system access, resource targeting, prioritization, evidence-based solutions for homeless populations, and referrals. Tasks may include related planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Services will be procured by Homebase in its capacity as the prime recipient of federally funded cooperative agreement(s). Any resulting contract will be subject to applicable federal requirements, the terms and conditions applicable to the underlying federal award, and Homebase’s procurement policies and procedures.
