Contracting Opportunity: System-Level/Continuum of Care Governance TA
Homebase is seeking contractors to provide system-level governance technical assistance to system-level entities (e.g., CoCs), including to CoC Boards, Collaborative Applicant, and other relevant entities involved in system-level oversight and operations. Technical assistance may require functional expertise in assisting communities in transition (e.g., new Collaborative Applicants, mergers, splits), monitoring, planning, improving system-level operations and performance, assessing roles and responsibilities of CoC oversight and operational entities, updating governance documents and processes, and training.
Services will be procured by Homebase in its capacity as the prime recipient of federally funded cooperative agreement(s). Any resulting contract will be subject to applicable federal requirements, the terms and conditions applicable to the underlying federal award, and Homebase’s procurement policies and procedures.
