Contracting Opportunity: Youth Homelessness
Homebase is seeking contractors to assist in remote and on-site technical assistance for Youth Homelessness Project(s). Direct technical assistance may include, but is not limited to: assessment to understand the CoCs current efforts and status relative to ending homelessness among youth; assistance with developing or improving a local plan to end homelessness among youth; assistance developing and implementing strategies to achieve the plan; assistance developing and implementing projects; and support to access and utilize published guidance, tools, and other relevant resources. TA will help to create a coordinated community plan, assist the CoC to submit the plan to HUD, and assist in making any necessary revisions to the plan. TA will also help to develop projects as outlined in the Community’s coordinated community plan, including project design, determining proper funding levels and categories, and working with communities to identify potential match sources.
Services will be procured by Homebase in its capacity as the prime recipient of federally funded cooperative agreement(s). Any resulting contract will be subject to applicable federal requirements, the terms and conditions applicable to the underlying federal award, and Homebase’s procurement policies and procedures.
