Contracting Opportunity: Homeless Assistance Grants – Older Adults TA
Homebase is seeking contractors to provide technical assistance to recipients of Homeless Assistance Grants program funding on increasing their capacity to address the needs of older adults facing homelessness. The technical assistance may require functional expertise in homeless system and population assessment, evidence-based solutions for older adult homeless populations, and developing plans to address older adult homelessness. Tasks may include related planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Services will be procured by Homebase in its capacity as the prime recipient of federally funded cooperative agreement(s). Any resulting contract will be subject to applicable federal requirements, the terms and conditions applicable to the underlying federal award, and Homebase’s procurement policies and procedures.
