Contracting Opportunity: Buy America, Build America TA
Homebase is seeking contractors to provide technical assistance to HUD funding recipients on Buy America, Build America. The technical assistance may require functional expertise in applying BABA to applicable Federal Financial Assistance programs, including certain affordable housing, community development, and public housing funding. Tasks may include related planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Services will be procured by Homebase in its capacity as the prime recipient of federally funded cooperative agreement(s). Any resulting contract will be subject to applicable federal requirements, the terms and conditions applicable to the underlying federal award, and Homebase’s procurement policies and procedures.
