Contracting Opportunity: Homeless Assistance Grants - Grant Management TA
Homebase is seeking contractors to provide grant management-focused technical assistance to recipients of Homeless Assistance Grants program funding. Technical assistance may require functional expertise in grant management, financial management, recordkeeping, subrecipient and subcontractor oversight, evaluation, and capacity building.
Services will be procured by Homebase in its capacity as the prime recipient of federally funded cooperative agreement(s). Any resulting contract will be subject to applicable federal requirements, the terms and conditions applicable to the underlying federal award, and Homebase’s procurement policies and procedures.
