As a Senior Policy Analyst II at Homebase, Kenya Rawls works with national Continuums of Care to provide training, technical assistance, and support in evaluating and addressing needs and goals according to evidence-based best practices surrounding homeless & housing policy. Prior to joining Homebase, as a non-profit Regional Director with over 21 years of direct service experience, Kenya Rawls spearheaded a Rapid-Rehousing Employment Initiative expansion project that systemically integrated workforce development solutions into her local homeless & housing system. Kenya Rawls is a Bay Area native and holds a BA in Behavioral Science and a BA in Sociology from San Jose State University.
