Alissa Weber
Directing Attorney
Alissa is a Directing Attorney with experience working in several communities on issues of grant compliance, systems evaluation, and strategic planning. She has conducted trainings on HEARTH legislation and CoC Program requirements, facilitated local and regional meetings, and provided support to communities in program design and implementation. Previously, Alissa provided technical assistance to state and local criminal justice systems with regard to conditions of confinement and worked for several years in local government. When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, running and spending time with her one-year old son, husband and energetic dog. Alissa holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a JD from Duke University.
