Patrick is a Deputy Managing Director at Homebase, aiding primarily the Department of Housing and Urban Development around homelessness issues. His experience includes strategic planning, coordinated entry, system performance measures, and governance and structure for homeless systems of care. He has worked in numerous communities on behalf of HUD to assist them meet the goals outlined in the Federal Strategic Plan to End Homelessness. Patrick joined HomeBase in 2017 and resides in New York City. He is an avid sports fan, and cook. Patrick holds a BA in Communications from Loyola University of Chicago.
