As a Sr. Policy Analyst at Homebase, Lynn Nesselbush has worked on homelessness-related issues for over twenty-five years, including facilitation of community-based strategic planning processes, research and data analysis, and technical assistance on program design and resource development. She has been the author or editor of numerous best practice reports, manuals and curricula. Lynn has a BS/BA from the State University of New York and an MPP from the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
