As Finance Director Paula is responsible for the organization's day-to-day accounting functions, controls and internal and external financial reporting. Prior to joining Homebase, Paula was Vice President of Finance at First Book, a social-enterprise organization where she presided over the daily accounting and finance functions of its $125 million budget in addition to providing strategic leadership and direction to both the Finance team and the department more broadly.

Paula is also a founding Board member of Hispanic Access Foundation where she also served as Treasurer for 10 years. Paula currently resides in Manchester by The Sea, MA with her husband and two daughters.
